Sleep Hygiene: The best place to start is with routine sleep hygiene - get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, try not to take naps during the day, exercise, and limit caffeine intake in the evening. Also, ensure that you are eating a healthy diet and not abusing alcohol If this treatment doesn`t work see a doctor for a proper evaluation.
