Post-op fatigue: One of the common reasons for people to feel fatigued after surgery is due to anemia. Depending on how much blood was lost during the surgery, you can have symptoms of anemia for several weeks before your bone marrow replenishes what you've lost. Other causes of fatigue could be related to meds, anesthesia, or more serious issues like blood clots. See your primary care doc for eval.
