On 80mg lipitor (atorvastatin) 25mg coreg 25mg twice daily. lisinopril 40mg, normal angiogram, normal echo, mvp asside. question is, why such high med dosages?

Meds : Lipitor (atorvastatin) dose seems high usually reserved for patients with known coronary diseases. I am guessing the other meds are for blood pressure so the dose will depend on BP control.
