I had an angiogram done about 1 1/2 week ago. on prenolol, aspirin & lipitor (atorvastatin). i have pain & tightness on right leg. is this normal?

No: The fact that you are on Lipitor (atorvastatin) implies that you have high lipids. That fact also implies that you may have vascular disease. You also might have muscle strain but vascular problem first needs to be ruled out. Have your family physician refer you to a vascular specialist.
