Went to the ER with chest pain, winded,and nauseated. They sent me to a cardiologist who did a stress test , ultrasound and an angiogram showed nothing. I am taking nexium and clear lungs. Still having the same symptoms since march. Any clues?

As of December I have chest pain/discomfort when standing & am quickly exhaustedstairs are very hard. Discomfort resolves when supineI am typing lying down. Can't go to work. Cardiologist did ultrasound and chem. stress test & cleared me. Help?
