Most likely ITP: There are many causes of thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) but in a young person otherwise in good health, idiopathic immune thrombocytopenia (itp) is the most likely diagnosis. This can be an isolated diagnosis, or associated with autoimmune conditions (e.g. Lupus) or other hematologic disorders. The other cause to consider is drug-induced thrombocytopenia.

Maybe: One must question why blood tests are being done so often in a well 20 year old? Medications and certain conditions can lead to low platelets. Itp is 1 cause. An evaluation by a hematologist might be needed to determine the cause of a low platelet count.
