The best thing: For inflammatory pain in an other wise healthy woman without contraindication (no allergy) no GI bleed would be some ibuprofen. Works great for pelvic pain/ ovarian pain and is otc. Follow instructions and don't take if you have allergies or contraindications. Be well.
