Large cyst: That is a pretty large cyst, a little too big to ignore. Depending on the results of the MRI you might be able to observe it a little longer or you might need surgery. Good luck.

Difficult to: say without images/report, but if you have a cystic pelvic/adnexal mass and endometriosis, it could indeed be an endometrioma. Ovarian cystadenoma is also possible, as well as several additional potential causes of cystic masses. The US appearance is not specific, and the MRI will help with further characterization.
