Gynecomastia is safe: Gynecomatia in developing young men is normal in most cases. Most men grow out of the condition and it does not indicate any medical problem. Gynecomastia can be caused by some medical conditions that affect your hormone levels. If you have a medical condition that also causes gynecomastia then it may also hurt your fertility. At your age you should start to see your gynecomastia go away.
