Manzier?: Custom bras can be made for men. Check with doctor or google it to find who makes them for women. You may wish to consider surgery (yes, i'm a surgeon) however which can be very effective.

Surgery for gynecomastia is often considered cosmetic (not covered by insurance). Plastic surgeons can often combine excision with sculpting liposuction to maintain cosmesis and avoid deformity.

Custom Bra: The seinfeld episode made a point of this. However, custom bras can be purchased in most areas.

Why?: If a man feels he is large enough to need a bra then he should buy a bra in a manly color. Under armor makes elastic shirts that help conceal breast size.
