A member asked:

Do prolactinemia or gynecomastia have any effect on fertility??!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hyperprolactinemia: Hi. Hyperprolactinemia will cause infertility in many men and women who have it. Gynecomastia per se has no effect on fertility, but is a manifestation of the hyperprolactinemia and hypogonadism it causes in men.
