Many causes...: Pelvic pain can be caused by many things besides the ovaries and uterus. The intestines are a frequent cause of pain. The Cecum and appendix appendix are in the right lower quadrant and can be the source of pain. You can also have pain in this area from a pulled muscle or lymphangitis (inflammation in the lymph system). No pain-scanner exists so it can be hard to narrow the search.
