My son is 15 yrs old he has a marble size knot on middle of bottom of foot.he says been there since he was a little boy but hadnt told me.

You need to take: Your son to have it looked at. The most common issue i see that fits that description is a plantar fibroma which is a benign lesion. But, even those i biopsy to make sure thats what it is.....Please go have it checked out.
