Probably nothing: It can help strengthen teeth in the proper quantity and so without Fluoride the teeth may be more prone to cavities.

Cavities.: Fluoride helps to prevent decay by making the enamel harder to demineralize. If your teeth are not exposed to adequate Fluoride then you are at a higher risk of decay or cavities.
