NO: Exposure to normal amounts of Fluoride does not cause heart disease at any age. Unless you were exposed massive amounts (like an industrial accident) you have nothing to worry about.

No!: No it won't cause heart disease in normal amounts. However, a mega overdose (which is extremely rare) can kill you. But then you can die from drinking to much water also. As you can imagine, this is also extremely rare.
