A Lot: Unless you make a meal out of it, i would not be worried. Swallowing a small bit of toothpaste while brushing your teeth will have no affect on your overall health. The actual amount depends on the concentration of Fluoride in the toothpaste and your weight, which we do not know.

Depends: The concentration of Fluoride in toothpaste can vary however, you would have to swallow a very excessive amount over a significant period of time. You would probably get sick to your stomach and vomit first. Call your dentist with specific concerns.
