Cymbalta+Latuda : I'm going to assume that you have bipolar disorder. First of all if you use Cymbalta realize that you cannot drink alcohol while you are on cymbalta. They're very specific dangers outlined in the pdr regarding that. If you use Cymbalta alone you're placing yourself at considerable risk of going into mania or rapid cycling. What you could do is to combine it with Latuda (lurasidone) which has been approved for both bipolar depression and bipolar mania. Hopefully that would be enough to prevent you from going into an actual manic episode.
