Find what works: There are a lot of potentially useful treatment for depression with fibromyalgia, ranging from psych meds, some pain meds, to body-work of different sorts, CBT to learn to manage pain better, acupuncture, etc. One less commonly known approach to look at is Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). There are some positive studies of TMS for fibromyalgia which look promising.

Difficult: Fibromyalgia, fatigue and depression all go hand in hand. Studies have shown that exercising does really help with all of the above. I would start with walking on a treadmill or in a pool. Start off with 5 minutes once a day for 1-2 weeks. Allow your body to adjust. Go up by 5 minutes every couple weeks. You can start to split the exercise up to twice a day - 5 minutes a.m. and p.m. as well.
