I had an ultrasound which showed i have a cyst with size of 6.24 and was told it do a ca125 test and the range shows 53.2 what does it mean?

Not a diagnostic : Value. There are many causes of elevated ca 125, including ovarian cancer. It would be prudent to consult your doctor to see if removal of the cyst and examination by a pathologist is warranted.
