If your liver ultrasound and liver function tests are all normal, then your liver is likely normal. The bloating after eating a spicy meal could be coming from your stomach or intestines. A GI doctor would be able to evaluate these symptoms and pursue further testing to determine the cause and provide proper treatment. Best of luck to you!
