Losing Weight: A cheat meal per day means you are in now way dieting, limiting your calories, or most likely not vigorously eating high protein, low carbs. Bloating means too many sugars or carbohydrates or a food allergy. I would rethink your approach. Perhaps on limited cheat meal per month is a more realistic approach if you are trying to lose weight.

Depends: It truly depends on what you are eating and how you eat it. If you eat too quickly you will likely take in more air than usual and this can cause bloating. Anything like soda or anything carbonated will cause bloating. Chewing gum can cause bloating. There is truly a lot of things that can cause bloating and i would say enjoy your cheat meal, you totally deserve it :].
