Probiotic foods: 1. Look at your diet honestly. Is it full of junk food? Cease. 2. Trial probiotic-containing foods for 4-6 weeks: yogurt with live-active cultures (the bigger tubs are better value). Good belly drinks. 3. Consider the Stanford low FODMAPS diet (Google it and download the 3-page PDF file). Good luck... Give this 4-6weeks to change things.
