Yes.: As the good doctor explained. An interesting study was done in the late 70's. Prisoners (male) were fed 2000 kcal/day. 1/3 got a 2000 kcal breakfast-no weight gain or loss! 1/3 got a 2000 kcal supper-most gained weight.1/3 got three meals per day-almost all lost weight! frequent feedings that are isocaloric with one large meal is healthier!
