NEED TREATMENT: You indicate a generalized seizure, which clearly needs a full assessment as to causation, and probably institution of an anti epileptic medication. The speech issues could represent focal ongoing seizure activity. You need to see a neurologist immediately, head to a local er to start. Do not drive, do activities at heights, use power equipment until fully controlled. Get help now!
