Contact her doc: The proper procedure is best determined by the doctor who knows her best.Contact her treating physician for guidance. This is not something an internet site without her complete information can decide.

Seizures, strokes: If she is unable to stand or ambulate safely and if seizures are still not controlled, it appears that she should be in a chronic care facility, at least temporarily, where physical therapy and adjustments of her antiseizure medications and be safely carried out. Discuss this with her MD and social worker who can help with arrangements. She may have to be rehospitalized first before the transfer.

Have a family conference with neurology, social service, and rehabilitation. It sounds like you would have a monumental task caring for her at home. A chronic care facility may be the best choice for your Mom, you, and the rest of the family.
