Recently couldn't quit shaking. lasted for several minutes, also couldn't open my eyes or speak. my teeth chattered and i bit my tongue. seizure or no?

POSSIBLY: Could have been a seizure or syncopal episode (fainting). Patients who experience a drop in blood pressure, usually in response to stress or a rapid change in position, can have the symptoms you describe. See your doctor to rule out more severe causes--especially if it was a mild, grand-mal siezure of epilepsy.
