Probably not: The fact that you remember details makes it very unlikely that you suffered a seizure. Some can remember "auras", but usually the entire event is lost to memory. You just had a vivid dream with sleep paralysis. These are normal variations. Your physician may suggest a sleep study performed in a good quality sleep lab.
