Interesting...: How do you know your renal impairment is due to enlarged prostate? That is actually a fairly rare occurrence, contrary to what was once thought in the past. The first step would be to completely drain your bladder (with a catheter), and see if the renal function improves. You should probably consult with a urologist and a nephrologist, or dialysis may be in your future.
