Commiserate regarding 2 unsuccessful TURPs. Question whether they were well done also whether you have an overactive bladder. Certainly worth reliable & good urologic evaluation. You might be candidate for an anticholinergic such as oxybutynin, also helps daytime frequency. . Don't use Forskolin as no evidence that it's good for anything or anyone other than profit for seller & may well be harmful
