Possibly TMJ: One possible explanation is that you have a bad bite. If your teeth fit together at one position but your jaw muscles are more comfortable in a different position, that discrepancy can lead to grinding. The battle between the two positions can lead to muscle fatigue, pain, even daily headaches or migraines. You should see your dentist to be evaluated.

Talk to your dentist about this. If you are tired all of the time talk to primary care about sleep disorder, like apnea.
