unlikely: Unlikely its cancer but you still need medical attention. If the lymph nodes don't resolve an fna (fine needle aspiration) is needed. A small needle can obtain a small number of cells which can be examined by a pathologist.

Incomplete info.: First need ultrasound report - solid or cystic nodule? How long was it stable? Was any nuclear medicine scan and uptake done? Need report of that too - was it cold or hot nodule?
