Reposition it: If you jaw joint is displaced, locked or stuck open or closed a dentist will try to reposition your jaw into place. After that you will need a strategy or treatment to prevent this from happening again.

Reseat the condyles: A displaced jaw joint is due to the condyles at the back, top of your lower jaw being caught out of its socket. A dentist should know how to put it back. Dont push backwards on your own. It will not work.
