My dentist was out of city so i couldnt take dental rubbers that i put on braces to fix my jaw. its been 10 days already, and im going to get them tomorrow. wouldnt my jaw get damaged cause i didnt wear rubber for 10 days?

Your jaw will not be damaged, but your treatment will be delayed just a little bit.

No. Going without elastics for a few days will not cause jaw damage. It will simply prolong your overall time in braces. Discuss this with your treating Dentist or Orthodontist. In the future ifnyou run low, call your doctor well before you run out so the office can mail you another bag. Some drug stores carry elastics on their dental isle. Or go see any Orthodontist who will give you a bag.
