pregnancy symptoms: Early pregnancy has a whole host of symptoms including some of what you have. Tum, mylanta, and Pepcid or zantac are ok for the heartburn. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe for your headache. It sounds like you need to hydrate as well.
