Dizzy on standing : May be POTS- postural orthostatic tachycardia check tilt table . May be the result of Lyme or herpetic infection ( do you have cold sores? ) or cardiac -mitral valve, arrhythmia, hypertrophy or carotids or neuro (MRI) or ear . Review your medications ;keep hydrated - drink 2-3 liters day solute like gatorade / pedialyte as well as water so you dont lower your sodium. f/u/ cardiology/ neuro
