Possibility: If you are otherwise healthy, and these symptoms have lasted for 5 days or less, most likely cause is a viral illness related to the flu. If by "dizziness" you mean that you feel like you might pass out when standing, then you may be dehydrated; see a doctor. If by "heart pains" you mean chest pain that worsens when breathing in, you could have bronchitis.
