PCP : Pcp can offer long term solutions . Er will likely try to rule out spinal cord compression and will treat your pain. If you go to er choose the hospital which has neurosurgeon.

Yes: See your pcp first. You may need to get an MRI to evaluate this spine pain and possibly evaluation from spine/pain specialist.
