Ophthalmology Exam: Without seeing the lesion it would be difficult to recommend treatment, however, this could be a benign sebaceous cyst, granuloma, or malignant tumor. Only way to make the diagnosis is under the microscope with excisional biopsy. See your local oculoplastic surgeon for best results.
