My nephew (10mo) has redness around one eye, started at lower lash and now has small little pimple like lumps with redness, redness has reduced from bottom but now spread to top of the eyelid. histador was recommended, hasn't helped. any ideas?

Possible hives : Monitor for signs of infection including increased redness, pus and fever. If the problem is an allergic reaction, topical antihistamine lotion and an oral pediatric antihistamine may improve the redness. Please see your pediatrician for an evaluation.
