Lump on head: You may have a sebaceous cyst. Without seeing you in person, this is just a guess. I recommend that you see a plastic surgeon to have it removed completely. Even after removal, these can recur. But to maximize your chances of complete removal and the best possible scar, a plastic surgeon is your best option.

Evaluation: You should get an evaluation about this problem. It could be a sebaceous cyst, but a physical exam of the area will ne necessary for proper diagnosis. Hope this helps.
