Pimple or abscess?: Pimples can happen anywhere, but it could also be an abscess. Look for ingrown brow hair as a cause. If it looks pussy try and drain it using alcohol as prep (careful not to touch the eyes) and apply some Bacitracin afterwards.. Keep it dry and exposed to air - most resolve without systemic antibiotics unless a serious abscess develops (red, hot and painful) in which case oral antibiotics may.

Pimple on the face: Good treatment for a pimple is warm wet heat. The use of a warm wet wash cloth can get the pimple to open and drain. I discourage you from squeezing on it.
