Make a call: Pe tubes routinely fall out and get stuck in the earwax. By itself, it causes no particular discomfort.Most will randomly end up lost in the bed linen. If his symptoms suggest a new ear infection you should contact his doc and decide what to do. Ear fluid or teething can cause him to mess with his ears.Ibuprofen could tide you over for the weekend.I'd avoid the er if other options are available.
