let's talk: Your dizziness could indeed but caused by low glucose. An enlarged mesenteric lymph most likely has nothing to do with the dizziness. A mpv (mean platelet volume) is only a number representing the size of your platelets and has nothing to do with any of the other condition you have mentioned. If that lymph node persists i would suggest a ct guided needle biopsy so a pathologist can evaluate you.
