I have a fibroid which measures 5*5.1*5.8. i just want to conceive do i need a operation for that or can i be pregnant with the fibroid?

Depends: Requiring the fibroid to be removed depends on the location. If the fibroid extends into the uterine lining such as a submucosal location then recommended removal is made prior to conception due to the potential of a miscarriage.

You can get preg: You can get preg with that fibroid but it determines where it is located. If it is in the uterine cavity then have it removed.
