Fibroids: Yes it is possible to get pregnant prior to removal of fibroids. But, a lot depends on the location of the fibroids. In certain positions the fibroids can put a pregnancy at risk. Further, fibroids can grow with pregnancy as well as cause severe pain in certain cases. I suggest a consult or second opinion for you with your ultrasound reports. DrG
