Maybe: Laparoscopic myomectomy for fibroids this large can be challenging, but not necessarily impossible. I do a lot of these procedures and at this size it may be something i would not attempt. An MRI is helpful in showing where the fibroids are and whether or not the surgery is feasible. Even with laparoscopic surgery, there will be scars on the abdomen, though they are small.
