Dysesthesia: An abnormal numbing of the tongue wound need a bit more info to diagnose, together with an examination. Your whole tongue? Part of it? How long does it last? What time(s) of day? Smoker? Drinker? Medications? As you can see, this needs to be evaluated locally.. Call your physician.
