Dental evaluation: In order to keep your tongue clean and healthy, use a tongue scraper every day. The numb tongue could be one of many things, either dental or medical in origin. I think it's time to see a dentist for a complete and thorough examination. Your dentist can evaluate your issues and advise you accordingly.
