Coping: There are tons of support groups that you could sign up for.Support groups are a great way of coping with this condition, you can also talk to a professional counselor.Apply a warm washcloth or compress to the area which can help reduce swelling.Keep the affected area clean.Wear loose-fitting clothes.Excess weight increases the number of areas where skin rubs together.
