When i am underwater, my chest feels heavy and it's hard to breathe, out of water no issue.. i do have a history of hiatal hernia surgery, and gerd. no heart/lung issue that have been brought to me from yearly physicals. any idea?

One cant breath under water- and pl dont try. . Many people feel uncomfortable under water with such symptoms. Doesnt sound serious
